The District election is scheduled for April 17, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2550 Cranberry Highway, Wareham, MA. To help maintain the safety of everyone the election will be drive-through style.
Voters wanting to vote early or by mail-in ballot for the April 17, 2021 election may request a ballot using the form above.
The application must be filled out, signed and returned to the Clerk in one of four ways:

Once we receive the application, we will mail the ballot to the address listed on the application.
The ballot must be returned to the District by mail or hand delivered by 12 p.m. April 16, 2021.
