Request Fire or Incident Report


Most fire reports are considered public record.   Access to those records is governed by Massachusetts Public Records Law, G.L. Chapter 66, section 10.

Some information within a fire report may fall under prohibition or exemption and therefore be subject to withholding or redaction.
